It speaks in patients, visits and treatments
Software built for shops calls everyone a customer and everything a sale. A clinic does not work like that, and neither does Densu when you choose the clinic business type. The app says patient, visit and treatment. The receipt says visit, not purchase. Your front desk does not have to translate in their head all day.
A treatment list is your price list: consultation, dressing, lab test, injection, whatever you offer. Each one has a price, and at the desk they are buttons. A visit can have several treatments and one receipt.

MoMo and card at the desk
Patients pay the way they pay everywhere else. At the desk you pick MoMo and the patient pays to your Paystack-linked number from MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money. Card and cash are recorded on the same visit. When the payment lands, the visit is closed and recorded against the patient.
Nothing to buy and nothing to install. Densu runs in the browser on the phone or laptop your front desk already uses.
SMS receipts under your clinic name
Every payment sends an SMS receipt under your clinic name, listing the treatments and the amount paid, with a link the patient can open to verify it. The receipt carries no clinical notes, only what was paid for. For a patient claiming from an employer or insurer, a verifiable receipt saves a phone call.
Appointments booked online
Your public page has a booking door. A patient opens your link, picks a treatment and a time, and the appointment appears in your diary. The desk sees the day at a glance and can add walk-ins alongside. When the patient arrives, the appointment becomes a visit with one tap.

Balances for patients who pay in parts
Some treatments are paid over several visits. Record the visit as a credit sale, take each payment as it comes, and Densu keeps the balance against the patient. One screen shows everyone with an outstanding balance and how much. When the patient comes back, the balance shows before the next treatment is added.
Staff roles and what each person sees
Give the front desk Attendant accounts and they see only the visits they recorded. A manager sees the whole clinic. The owner sees everything, including a report of visits and takings by staff for any day or month. Each account has its own login, so there is no shared password on a sticky note.
If a visit is recorded wrongly, it is corrected with a reason and the original stays in the record. Your books stay clean and auditable.

Expenses and the month-end number
Record rent, supplies, lab consumables and salaries as expenses, and Densu shows what the clinic actually made. Expenses, profit and loss and reports are free on every plan. On Growth, inventory tracks consumables and nudges you before gloves or test strips run out.
Pricing for clinics
A small clinic with one desk and up to 50 visits a month can start on Solo at GHS 99. Starter at GHS 199 gives one user 2,000 visits a month with SMS receipts and patient balances, with a 14-day free trial. Growth at GHS 349 fits a clinic with staff: three accounts, appointments, inventory and low-stock alerts. Enterprise at GHS 549 has no limits.
