Questions people ask us
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. You pay your monthly plan price, plus Densu's fees on card and mobile money payments and any charges for going over your plan's allowances. Every fee is listed in the Fee Schedule.
How do customers pay by mobile money?
At the till you pick mobile money and the customer pays from their own phone on any network. Online orders pay the same way.
Which plans include the online shop?
All of them. Your shop address, price list, Order now button and campaign drops come with Solo, Starter, Growth and Enterprise at no extra charge.
What does "sales a month" mean?
Every sale you record at the till or receive online counts as one. Solo covers 50 a month, Starter 2,000, Growth 10,000 and Enterprise has no limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from your billing page whenever your business changes. Your customers, sales and receipts come with you.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By mobile money or card. You get an invoice every month and can see your payment history in the app.
