Mobile money at the chair
Most of your clients pay by mobile money now, and most of the trouble starts there. The alert comes in while you are still holding the dryer, you promise to write it down later, and by Saturday evening there are eleven alerts and a notebook that does not match. Densu fixes that at the moment of payment, not at the end of the day.
You pick the service on your phone, pick mobile money, and the client pays from her own phone on any network. When the payment lands, the sale is done and recorded against the client. Cash works the same way, and the sale is recorded just as cleanly. If she pays a little at a time, make it a credit sale and take each part payment against it, so nothing lives in a notebook.
- Mobile money on any network
- Cash recorded just as cleanly
- Part payments tracked on a credit sale
- No card machine, nothing to buy
SMS receipts
Switch on SMS receipts and a client with a phone number gets the sale by text. The printed or downloaded receipt lists what she had, what she paid and how, and carries a link to verify it. Clients who get a receipt come back; clients who get a receipt they can check trust you with the bigger jobs.
On Starter and up, your logo and address go on the printed receipt, so it looks like it came from an established business, because it did.
Bookings online, without the back and forth
Your shop address has a booking page. A client opens your link, picks knotless braids, picks Thursday at two, and the appointment appears in your diary. No voice notes, no "are you free tomorrow?", no double-booking the same chair.
When she arrives, the appointment becomes a sale with one tap. If she does not come, you know who to call. The diary shows the day, the week or the month, and each stylist can see her own bookings.
- Clients book from your link at any hour
- Appointments turn into sales with one tap
- Diary by day, week or month
Who still owes you
Regulars pay in parts. That is normal, and it is also where money quietly disappears. Densu records a credit sale against the client, takes each part payment as it comes and keeps the balance up to date. One screen lists everyone who owes you and how much, newest first.
When a client with a balance comes in for her next appointment, her name shows the balance before you start. You can take the old balance and the new service in the same visit, and her receipt shows both.
Your shop link
Every salon gets a shop address like yoursalon.densu.shop. It shows your services and prices, your opening hours and your socials, with an Order now door for products and a Book now door for appointments. Put it in your bio and send it whenever someone asks "how much for a wash and set?"
Print the QR code for the mirror and the front desk. Use the share card when you post. When you run a Christmas special on wigs, make it a campaign drop with its own link and stock count, and it closes on its own when the stock is gone.
Stylists who see only their own sales
Give each stylist an Attendant account. She logs in on her own phone, rings up her own clients and sees only what she sold. Your manager sees the whole floor. You see everything, including sales by stylist for any day or month, which makes commission day a five-minute job instead of an argument.
- Owner, Manager and Attendant roles
- Sales by stylist for commission
- Void and correction with a reason, so the record stays clean
Which plan fits a salon
A one-chair salon can start on Solo. Your shop address comes with every plan. Starter is for one user with room to grow, with SMS receipts, credit sales and a free trial. Growth is the plan for a salon with staff: three accounts, appointments, inventory with low-stock warnings for your products, and promotions. Enterprise has no limits.
Expenses, profit and loss, void and correction and reports are free on every plan. Prices are on the pricing page, billed monthly, with no setup fee, and you can move up or down at any time.
